Objective: Last year this post was a major hit and this year it has gotten better! It's that time of year again when you are rushing around trying to figure out what to get everyone for Christmas. Perhaps it's even midnight of Christmas. Don't fear because you can 3D print a gift out at any time if you have a printer. Here are some of the items that I recommend printing. If you really want to make it personal, you can add some customization, perhaps a note that you can model into the object using Blender see: Blender Video Tutorials.

What to keep in mind:

  • 3D Printing makes themed Christams Trees extremely easy as you can find hundreds of models by searching a theme such as Star Wars. (Please send me a picture of your themed Christmas Tree, I would love to upload it on this post!)
  • You can rescale any model to become ornament size, just note that as you make the model smaller you may not be able to print the detail
